Vaulting practice is on Mondays from 4-6 pm at Shea Rose Farm.

All classes begin with a warm-up of the vaulters (jogging, stretching, and some strength workouts), then onto the barrels for exercises before going to the horses.
All students help take care of the horses after the lesson, including untacking, walking out, cleaning stalls, grooming, ect. Everything goes very quickly and effeciently when teamwork is used to complete the work!
Vaulters with a barrel are encouraged to practice on it every day, and also stretch and jog. Vaulters without barrels should still stretch and jog.
